We are pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Guest Lecture on ‘Fundamentals of Capital Markets’ with Ms. Sweta Ananthanarayanan, presently a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners in their Capital Markets practice.
ABOUT THE RESOURCE PERSON
Ms. Ananthanarayanan graduated from the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai, in 2014. She further pursued and obtained a Diploma in Securities Law from GLC, Mumbai. She is currently working as a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners in their Capital Markets Practice and has previously worked with leading Indian law firms, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff. Having a decade of experience, her expertise includes the fields of Securities Regulation, Capital Markets transactions, Legislative Policy and Taxation.
ABOUT THE SESSION
The session will be taking place in virtual mode through Google Meet, tentatively on March 31, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. In this session, Ms Ananthanarayanan will take us through the core transactions undertaken by the Capital Markets teams in India’s biggest law firms, providing us with some valuable insights that she has acquired throughout her illustrious career.
