About Dr. M. R. S. Murthy
Dr. Priyanka Anand is an Associate Professor of Law who specializes in Tax Laws, Corporate Laws and Constitutional Law. Since 2015, she has been a part of NLUO. Prior to this, she was a member of the faculty at National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. With her unique blend of expertise in tax regulations and constitutional law, Dr. Priyanka has a comprehensive understanding of the complex legal landscape regulating national security policies and its implications for individual rights and civil liberties. Dr. Priyankas’ academic journey has been characterized by her passion for law and interest in the delicate equilibrium between Corporate Laws, national security, and individual liberties. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in law from CNLU Patna, where she secured second rank. Dr. Priyanka’s academic career has been marked by a strong commitment to legal scholarship and an avid interest in Taxation and Corporate Law. This interest led her to pursue advanced studies in Corporate Laws, culminating in a Master’s degree from NALSAR, Hyderabad, where she secured the first rank in her course. Dr. Priyanka received her Ph.D. in the field of Constitutional Review of National Security Legislations from The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. During this time, she honed her legal expertise and began to investigate the profound legal ramifications of national security laws. Throughout her academic tenure, Dr. Priyanka has written extensively on Tax law, Constitutional law, Gender and Human rights. Her interest areas include Taxation Laws, Constitutional Law, Gender and Human Rights.
